Today, Chief Counsel Joshua Prince testified before the Judiciary and Legislative Investigations Committee of the Baltimore City Council in relation to its proposed ordinance: Weapons – Prohibiting Handguns Near Places of Public Assembly. As our viewers are aware, Chief Counsel Prince previously filed a letter in opposition to the ordinance.
